Decoration Techniques
Silk screen
Screen printing is the most common technique that creates a sharp-edged image using a mesh. This method is the most versatile of all printing processes. Screen printing is available on all items listed in this site.
Four color process
In this type of printing, the technique used to print full-color images, such as color photographs, is referred to as four-color-process printing, because four inks are used: three primary colors plus black. The “subtractive” primary ink colors are cyan, a bright blue; magenta, a vivid red-purple; and yellow; which are abbreviated as CMYK. For short run four color process, we use our digital printing press.
All of our products are available in 4 color process.
Blind debossing
Blind debossing is the process of creating a three-dimensional image or design into the vinyl. It is typically accomplished with a combination of heat and pressured onto the surface. This is achieved by using a metal die usually made of brass. This pressure and a combination of heat actually “irons” while lowering the level of the image in the material.
Color filled debossing
Same as the Blind debossing, but now we color filled the surface being lowered.
Entrapment / Encapsulated
This process allows us to vacuum seal a printed sheet paper into a product using a clear vinyl from all 4 sides. Unlike clear overlay that is open on the top, this process turns the product to a professional looking presentation, and widen the variety of imprint, especially on small quantities. This process is available on most items in this site.
