General Information

Artwork:
Avoid fine lines in type font, logos and illustrations.  For better quality assurance, we recommend 10 point font or greater.  For reverse type use 14 point font or greater.  Artwork that does not bleed must be positioned at least 1/4” away from all edges.  If your artwork is designed to bleed off the item, we recommend extending the artwork at least 1/2” beyond the overall  dimension of the product.  We can bleed every color and ink type except gold and silver.  When trapping colors, please allow for 1/32” around the areas being trapped.  Film positive must be emulsion side up to size. Negatives are not acceptable for silk screening. Artwork made on copy machines or transmitted via fax machines is not considered camera ready artwork.
We have experienced graphic designers working on both PC and Mac common programs. We will be happy to assist you in any special type, logo, color separation or illustration as needed.  In case artwork is not available, we can develop a film directly from your existing product, business card or letterhead. Add $55 (T) for custom PMS ink. Screens are $55 (T) each. Type setting, color separations, and graphic assistance is available at $60 (T) per hour. 
All of our products are available in 4 color process.

Shipping:
Shipping is F.O.B. Florida and will be factory’s choice of carrier unless otherwise requested.  We can only guarantee date of shipment, but can not be held responsible for the actual date of delivery.

Production:
Normal production time is 10 working days from acceptance of the order and approval of camera ready artwork.  We are able to accommodate rush orders, and depending on the quantity and delivery date, there will be an additional rush charge.

Over-run and Under-run:
We do our best to ship the exact amount ordered. However, since the majority of our products are custom orders, we reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under amount ordered.

Term:
Net 30. For a first time order, a 50% deposit is required along with 5 trade references and 1 bank reference.

Price & Delivery Guarantee:
Quoted prices and delivery dates are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change.
